By accessing or using Onform (“the Service”), operated by Founding.dev, you agree to these Terms. Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance.
Onform is a form builder platform for creating, publishing, and managing web forms, collecting responses, and delivering data via webhooks and API.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.
You own what you submit. We have a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service. You're responsible for ensuring your forms and data collection comply with applicable law.
Don't use Onform to collect data without respondent consent, deceive or harm anyone, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable law.
Some features require a paid plan, processed through Stripe. Failure to maintain payment may restrict access to paid features.
The Onform platform, branding, and software are owned by Founding.dev. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founding.dev isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.
You agree to hold Founding.dev harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
